Placing an order
When you see an
item you like, click ‘add to cart’. Continue shopping until you are
ready to complete your purchase. Now click ‘Checkout’ or 'Paypal
Express' to confirm your items. After you make any changes and updates
on quantities, click ‘Submit Order’ to finish.
Your Account
Registering your
details will make your shopping experience simple. It allows you to
track your order and review past purchases, to shop without entering
address details and manages your personal address and email settings. To
create an account, simply click ‘Log In’ in the menu on the upper right
corner and fill in the required fields. If you have forgotten your
password follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ instructions at ‘Log In’.
How long does it take to process an order?
A processing time of 1-2 business days after payment applies to all
orders made within Australia and Internationally. Orders that are unpaid
or unconfirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled.
Orders are shipped to your nominated address Monday - Friday between
business hours. Horselove cannot arrange for orders placed through the
website to be picked up from any location. All orders will be sent to
the mailing address you provide to the website or Paypal when you place
an order.
How will I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive a ‘confirmation of order’ e-mail once your order has been accepted.
Can I make changes or cancel my order once I place it?
Please e-mail [email protected] to
make changes to your order. Please note that once your order is
submitted, we begin processing your order and during this time we are
unable to cancel your order.
Is everything on the website in stock now?
All products you see on the website are in stock. In the event that we
are temporarily out of stock, please check back soon, as we always do
our best to keep all of our products stocked. Mitch Storck ‘Limited Edition’ is an individually designed piece and are therefore available as you see the item in our online store.
RETURNS
Mitch offers a full credit of the purchase price or an exchange on any item which is found to be faulty or defective, within 7 days of the date of invoice (Australia) and within 30 days for overseas orders.) Exchanges for faulty products are accepted to the value of the purchase price, less the postage. Please return the item unwashed and unworn in its original packaging along with your receipt. The return postage is at your own cost and cannot be refunded. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. Note: Sale items cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.
