Shipping
What shipping method do you use and how much does it cost?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars.
Australia Wide - Click on 'Shopping Cart' and then 'View Cart' in the top right of the page. Enter your details in our 'Shipping and Tax Estimator' to receive shipping rates based on your destination - shipping time: 1-5 business days*. Domestic orders, within Australia, are sent via Regular Post. You can also view current domestic shipping costs under the heading 'Delivery Info' which is listed under every product in our store.
International Shipping - Click on 'Shopping Cart' and then 'View Cart' in the top right of the page. Enter your details in our 'Shipping and Tax Estimator' to receive shipping rates based on your destination - shipping time: 7-10 business days*. All international orders are sent via Airmail. You can also view current international shipping costs under the heading 'Delivery Info' which is listed under every product in our store.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of international orders, as some packages can be held up in customs in the destination country. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HorseloveClothing.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
*For rural deliveries allow an extra 2 days for delivery.
Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which
the customer is responsible for upon receipt, and may be affected by
Customs and Excise delays. Customers are also liable for any quotas,
permits, products restrictions and other local requirements. We
recommend you check with your local customs officials or post office for
more information. We will always let you know the shipping costs before

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing
you that your order has been dispatched. If you have questions, please
e-mail [email protected]
Can I purchase an item and have it sent to a friend?
Yes. Simply enter your friend’s details into the Shipping Address
section and the item will be sent straight to them. We can also add a
card or note upon request. You are able to enter a message with your
instructions at ‘Checkout’.
Undelivered Packages
Orders that have
been returned to Horselove due to an incorrect address will be resent
with the correct address the next working day. If we have made the
error, we will re-send the package to the correct address at no cost to
you. If the person who has placed the order, has made an error in the
shipping address, or has not claimed the package, you will need to pay
the cost of re-shipping the package. If we cannot contact the person who
placed the order within 10 days of receiving the undelivered package,
it will be treated as refused shipment.
